Every Mason sliding window is built around six engineering choices that decide how it looks, glides, and seals for the next three decades.

    Multi-chambered uPVC profile

    Three-to-five air chambers inside the frame deliver thermal insulation and reinforce the profile against monsoon and 45° heat.

    Twin-wheel nylon rollers

    Imported sealed-bearing rollers carry up to 80kg per panel. They glide smoother in year ten than aluminium does in year one.

  • 03

    EPDM weather gaskets

    Continuous rubber seals along every meeting edge — they keep rain out during Vizag monsoons and dust out during Hyderabad summers.

  • 04

    Multi-point hook lock

    The handle drives two-to-four stainless hooks into the frame at once. Pull-tested for forced-entry resistance.

  • 05

    Anti-lift block

    A small profile insert at the top track that stops anyone from lifting a closed panel out of the frame. Standard on every Mason sliding.

  • 06

    Optional mesh track

    The 2.5-track configuration adds a dedicated mesh sash on its own rail — runs independently from the glass and slides on its own roller.

How many tracks should I choose?

2-track is the most economical — choose it for living rooms and bedrooms where you don't need integrated mesh. 2.5-track adds a dedicated mosquito-mesh rail and is the bestseller across South India. 3-track is for openings above 1.8m or where you want the option to slide all panels to one side.

Can I add a mosquito mesh later?

The mesh rail has to be fabricated into the frame at manufacture, so retrofitting it isn't possible without replacing the whole frame. If you think you'll want mesh in future, choose 2.5-track at the outset — the extra cost (~₹50/sq.ft) is far less than a re-install.

What's the maximum width for a single sliding window?

Up to about 2.4m as a single section. For wider openings we combine multiple sliding sections with fixed glass panels — that's our combination windows product. Beyond 3m you may need steel reinforcement inside the profile.

How long does installation take?

From order confirmation: 7–10 days for fabrication, then 1–2 days on site for a typical 6–8 window project. We coordinate the install window with your schedule — most families want it done before they move in.

What's the warranty?

Manufacturer warranty on the uPVC profile and a separate warranty on hardware (rollers, locks). After-sales is direct from Mason — no third party. For any operational issue we'll be at your site within 48 hours across Hyderabad and Vizag.
